Our senses like touch are related to pain. Sound, vision, taste, smell: can be optimised. Touch through exercise, vision through reading, taste while eating, smell of a rose, reminds us of our deepest origins. And we can minimally increase awareness of the highest power with each of our senses with things like meditation, reading, music, or maximise it with things like sport, while there are combinations of these kinds of activities giving us a range in which awareness of this higher power is determined. Losing our sense of self becomes an increased risk with minimally raising consciousness preferable to maximising consciousness.

Being aware of God, may not mean God is near, but our activities may bring God closer. Is intelligence the closeness of God, by nature or nurture. Does a closeness to God mean we inevitably lose self, does an awareness of God also lose self.

Exercise increases the air into the body, and the activity of the senses, increasing consciousness. Breathing by itself, introduces to me constant breathing or controlled breathing which raises consciousness but at a lower level. In doing so may attract God, where as high level consciousness through exercise and sport may increase an awareness of God. Attracting God to your self will attract people to yourself. A key ingredient to success, to be nurtured, valued and not abused, because abuse breaks the cycle and we lose our awareness and attraction; our intelligence and memory from God.

Cycle, that minimal raising of consciousness through breathing may aid memory, but surely you are indeed becoming more aware of this entity, as I start to question have I got awareness and attraction the right way round. Breathing, exercise, and PRY, sport: all to some degree increase awareness. Exercise maybe where there is peak attraction. I, I construct a waveform breathing, exercise, PRY- C (Pain Recognition Yoga & Chanting) and sport: we move from awareness to attraction and back to awareness through various activities and the combination of the myriad of life’s endeavours that can be achieved daily. Wavelength.
